Are you tired of all the SPAM??? If so, you should take a look at www.mailinator.com. It allows you to create a disposable e-mail address for whenever you need it. Just pick a name and add @mailinator.com OR choose an alternate domain (listed on the site).
Next, give out your new address...use it on forums or anywhere else you don't want to give your real address.
